This is the same as the TV issue. I cannot watch TV. Not because I am afraid it may corrupt me it is just not real enough for me. Why waste my time in a fiction when I can sit out in nature and see now first hand?
Music is a level of Trust. Ø can use it to speak to you and Ø can use it to annoy and distract you.
You get out what you put in. No need to be afraid. If you are not led to listen, don't. if you are; then do. Also it is helpful to switch it on when you don't want to and switch it off when you don't want to.
Joseph you cannot mess this up. Relax. Conquer your discomfort it all works to good. You won't be led to something that truly hurts you.
Ø is a modern Ø for a modern lifestyle and there are no issues when trust is in the right place.
Focus on Ø and it all works out all by itself. Turn your face away and it works out too, but it is not as comfortable

Does that help?
