Hi, and thanks very much for your kind words. I discovered your site via a post on Godlikeproductions, and am very much enjoying digesting the material on the site. Certainly quite unique and beneficial. I attempted to post the below the other day, but it was not accepted. If you feel it might be worthwhile please post it if so inclined, and edit it as you deem best. It is all free/no cost material, and relates to self attuning for Reiki. I have no website, do not advertise anything, and sell nothing I feel that the more people attuned the higher their vibe, and thus the vibe on the planet.



*Self* Attunement For Reiki And Other Energy Healing Practices

I have been teaching Usui and other forms of Reiki for 15+ years and would like to introduce you to material which will teach you how to *self* attune for Reiki and for any energy healing or other practice which requires an attunement/initiation/activation in order to operate fully. In my experience the method shared works at least as well as the traditional attunement method. I hope you enjoy the information, and the practice.

Although I felt 'uncomfortable' asking 'my higerself' for anything, I was following the procedure decribed. If this be your will Ahn, give it to me, I ask you. I know Who you are...it's silly for me to put 'another created thing' between me and you....but Your Spirit is All Around...my hands are You Hands.
I ask to experience this energy in my body and for attunement.
Sensations: Tingling, 'crawling' energy caresing my crown.
A 'rushing' of energy from elbows to hands, tingling at soles of feet.
Energy condensing against my upper body, various itching on my right cheek which turns into a cool blowing felt.
Felt like a pleasant 'crawling' on my hips and upper thighs, predominantly on the right-side.

I daily now and since, 'give' myself Reiki.
What am I learning:
I'm spending 'quality' time with Ahn, processing thoughts and memories that come to the fore, 'sensing fine energies' that I was not aware of before.
This could all be a joke though, played at my expense...but I don't mind the chatter, this is now part of my processing. Tomorrow....is another day.

Edit to add that I'd just mentioned on another thread about some 'symptoms' I've been experiencing via kundalini awakening. Seems with this forum, all I need to do is ask a question in my mind, and the next thing that comes up answers it. Wow, is all I have to say. This is getting fun!
