Here's a little video from Arkansas, shortly after the recent birdfall. Seeing the image, I am inclined to say it's localized heating due to scalar interferometry. Even if temp is not registered on the radar, moisture is, and that's a hell of a lot of moisture to be released. It would require localized heating. I wonder if anyone checked soil moisture levels in the birdfall region?
