I would suggest when one finds a nice video in the "mind-boggling" category to post it here.
I am aware of the "Youtube battles" which can be created by these sorts of threads, but i will make an effort to view vids as posted here.
Therefore, although i might have instigated it i would note invite everybody to copy paste their entire bookmark folder

To start of a video from Wubbo Ockels , a dutch astronaut who has made an hypothesis about how we created time to deal with Earth's gravity.
He came to an insight when landing in a spaceshuttle and feeling how he had to readjust to gravity.

I have a very strange buzz this morning! the ego topic and awareness of syncronicities is just amazing.

I watched the other parts spinning off the video on youtube and got it! Something a mere 6 months ago that would have confused me! I then used the video to look at my life and I see the ego everywhere and the negative causes springing from it...my goodness is it not unhelpful and damaging

Materialistic pleasures - must have even though it has no need in life
Keeping up with the neighbours attitudes
Fear of expressing real emotions
Playing past arguments through the head over and over and over
Creating new negative arguments which build till you speak the words

I could go on and on
