Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!
Seamus wrote:After a cursory read of a few pages of Journal 9 "Satan's Drummers", I must deem the Phoenix Journals to be the rantings of a confused being. Sananda (supposedly Jesus) writes with such a pandering to fear and dualism that I cannot take it seriously. If there are beings who think they are evil and they want to steal our souls, then they, too are confused.
One cannot steal the essence of another, for all essence is one. There is One creator. There is One supreme authority. There is One infinite. For one being, possessing the essence of the Infinite (as all created beings must do, as there is no other essence that they may be given), to think that it must "steal" the essence of another, it must be locked in duality, opposition. That is self-defeating, and a being who is honest with itself (as I always strive to be, even unto pain of torment) cannot be harmed by such a deluded "Satan" (which only means "adversary", in the same way that God means "creator").
Furthermore, any being promulgating a sense of fear of the 'evil', cannot itself be purely of the "good". One can only recognize the evil that is present in oneself, or the good, or the beauty, or the wretchedness. This world is a hall of fractal mirrors, and shows us only what we already possess.
Thank you for taking the time to check it out, I appreciate your opinion. The first journal I read was #27 "Phoenix Operator-Owner Manual", it basically broke down the laws of creation and explained them with modern day examples. It was a great read for me, and fit along the lines of "pay attention to the message, not the messenger". The more of them I read, the more the fear mongering started to wear on me, its hard to enjoy today when your scared of tomorrow. Since then I have jumped around to random websites, but find myself back reading the material presented on this website. Roage seems to be the only one not trying to sell me something, ironically enough what he isn't selling is the only thing I am willing to buy.
