The idea of "rank" is not accurate and will be explained later.
It came to me that there should be a means to know where we are. Simply the number of posts does not improve the quality of the posts. Initially, based on the type of posts or recommendations by others, new folks, as they join, will be "ranked" according certain criteria. It is the honor system as we know where we are in the process and we ourselves are the best determinant of how far along we are. It is not a race and it is not to establish a hierarchy. People who join will be seeking answers and often we are more comfortable asking people we perceive as close to our level of realization. "Understanding" "stand" "under" implies hierarchy and that is not the objective. We each have certain specific functions and we are more beneficial to those when we perform the function we find ourselves in at the moment.
I do not like the word "rank" and I do not like the current graphics but it will take me a while to make those kinds of modifications.
I prefer the word "specialization" or "focus".
Some are in knowledge gathering mode:
Chrysalis-

These are people whose information pipeline is open and they are receiving data. Now, as the global awakening process proceeds they will be receiving new information in addition to knowledge others may have already processed. It is important to understand that this gathering process is not static and other specialties should be mindful that the Chrysalis, often, has newer and more complete information than other specialties have yet assimilated. The Chrysalis are the ones mostly tasked with the questioning and information collection/intuition function.
Awakening -

These are people who are assimilating new information and "enduring" profound realizations. They sit at the threshold and are being modified such that they can allow themselves to proceed through. These are the people with the interesting stories to tell and can integrate new information into the models that are forming in their minds. The are the one's having the "A Hah!" moments as the information is coming alive within them.
Observer -

These people have crossed the threshold and operate in the right-brain paradigm. Forgive them, if they have trouble speaking in terms most people will easily and readily assimilate. They have a new perception and see the world completely different. In fact, it is so different that they will have trouble putting it into words. You will receive most of the information from them not as word definitions but as symbols and concepts attached to the words. One might read "apple" and think "gravity", for example. These people know what it means to know the Truth but that does not mean they can speak in words what it is. They definitely know what it is not. They can answer many questions and as they have moved past the threshold. They are good at helping others who are ready. Some of these people have attained a significantly high level and have unique abilities and will surprise you if you are ready to see what they can show you. I do mean really surprise you so don't freak out!

I really love this game and I am simply happy to be here.
If you are un-"ranked" it is either that I am busy or lazy but I will get around to it. It might help to ride herd on me so that I get it done. If you feel that I mis-"ranked" you then let me know and I can change it. I may ask you at question first. The "observer" specification is the easiest to identify, from the perspective of other observers. However, from left-brain thinkers they may be indistinguishable. Missing that label will be the most problematic for the two reasons:
- Ego often tricks us into thinking we have crossed the threshold so we stop trying and thereby Ego remains in control.
- Those asking questions could mislead themselves easily because there is no common language to describe one paradigm from another.
A left-brain thinker would assume that a right-brain thinker could explain where they are but in practice the right-brain thinker is rarely permitted to do so such that they are understood. that is, unless those they are addressing are truly ready. This is why a right-brain thinker often resorts to parables. When reading, an "observer" poster, one must realize it has less to do with the words they choose and more to do with the idea that jumps into one's head when they read the words. Whereas a left-brain thinker is choosing words based on the best generally recognized definition. This is where communication get tricky when one is speaking in metaphors and one is taking the words literally or vice-versa.
This is the primary reason we need to know where we are at so that we can communicate across paradigms. It is a worthwhile task to be a bridge from left-brain to right-brain thinking and our global state will improve immeasurably when we employ a structured methodology to communication as it relates to our spiritual growth.
