Spirituality & Health

Do these following things have effects on a person's health?

ego clutter
quality of awareness
exercise

I am not a healthy person. I have been having various illnesses for many years which doctors have no answers for such as dizziness, GI problems, and tireness. I found out mercury poisoning from dental works and vaccines is one big problem and took care of that recently. But I suspect that the cure needed might be something spiritual. I think Chinese medicine is correct that the body has the ability to heal itself if given the chance. right now I am just trying to learn what that means.

I think eating is obvious extremely important. The link between emotional health and physical health is obvious. exercise is debatable. I am not sure what else I am missing. And I have asked and the supreme authority and received some answers. The mercury thing for me is a big revelation, but I am still not well. There gotta be something else I am missing.

Flouride is a systemic poison and it has no business being place in on or near a living being. The effect on the teeth is the opposite in high doses and the damage is cumulative.

Most fish is saturated in mercury and must be eaten sparingly.

Our diet is deficient in iodine and iodide as we need both. To get enough from eating salt requires too much salt.

Also we tend to have mismatched the metals ratio. We get too much sodium not enough calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Cal Mag Fizz Is an excellent supplement. http://www.baywoodproducts.com/products/sol_calmag.html

Stop using Sodium Chloride (NaCl) salt and find a good Sea Salt from the health store. It helps to re-balance the sodium levels.

We are too acidic so cut down on sugar, high fructose and processed grains. Move to whole grains and look for ways to reduce the acidity. Drinking alkalized water can help.

Stay away from soybeans and soybean oil unless you want breasts and sexual dysfunction. The modern processing methods do not remove the estrogen like compounds.

Stay away from artificial sweeteners specifically Apartame (Amino Sweet/NutraSweet), Splenda/Sucrolose and flavor enhancers like MSG.

Use regular sugar, honey, stevia or agave

Stay away from hydrogenated fat.

Be mindful that corn in general has high amounts of pesticides because GMO produces it naturally and it is not regulated when the plant produces it.

Do not drink energy drinks.

Be mindful of products used on the skin or scalp as the scalp is one of the most permeable places on the body. If you are not prepared to eat it then it has no business being applied on you.

Stay away from Sodium Benzoate at all costs.

Stay away from nitrates when possible (bacon/prepared meat)

Do not eat food or water heated in the microwave. Use a small toaster oven.

Tap water and much of the bottled water is terrible.

Try to eat live food.

Do not eat anything with the word "Whiz" in it.

...or anything containing "whiz", for that matter. Yellow snow, baaaad.

Sorry, couldn't stop myself. I'll be moving along now.

I'm growing my own food...well going to attempt it and see what comes of it!

The less reliant I can be on supermarkets the better...still will need them for certain things though :(

I have been told that most seeds are genetically modified. The new crop produces toxins which keep bugs away.

I did a bit of growing last year, was very successful despite the poor uk weather. Am going to get some seeds germinated in the next few days.

It was great being able to go into my garden, pick some food then eat it minutes later, the best I've ever tasted too (even if I do say so myself!)

It was better though observing the stages of growth of the plant, the way it struggles it's way to the surface of the soil, pops through and grows. I find it magical

Heirloom seeds are still available though. It's a real shame what's being done in the name of control. tsk tsk.

Im gonna have to disagree with you here Roage, Aspartame is good in that it helps you eliminate unnecessary/extra brain cells. :ugeek:

Were it only on the left side then it would be a good thing. The stuff makes my extremities numb.
