Is it important for the process to fully understand the difference between the Self and Ø?
This is what I understand, which could be wrong so if anyone could clarify... Ø is all there is and the Self is just one part of Ø and is unique for this game we call Universe and we (human beings) share this one Self ....from that I could guess that there are other games going on that Ø is engaged with and some of his/hers other Selves are in control with....the idea sounds overwhelming, but in a good way.

The right-brain thinker knows there is no difference. That is a fun thing to perceive and tangibly have proven. This is where you are headed. Once you know this, then your physical "problems" really are not as bad as you make them out to be.
