Why did your enslavement end?

Postby curiotrope » Tue Aug 23, 2011 10:15 pm

Roage asked it in the "What are Rights?" section. It's a good question:

The reader must ask himself or herself what is going on in their life that God would see fit to educate you and end your enslavement?

As for me, I don't know the answer to this yet. Maybe I'll know later. 8-)

Is there a "later"?

Gotta hand it to you, Roage, you ask great questions.

For the purpose of the simulation, there is indeed a "later". For the purpose of the self, there is not. You're right, I already know the answer. But my ego has not been able to connect the answer to the simulation. Basically I'm realizing that my ego is really bumbling around in the way much more than I thought.

Slavery is ended when one ceases looking outside oneself for validation/answers and recognizes the inherent value in all experience. that's why there are a relatively high number of artists (as opposed to, say, construction workers) who are free. They arrive at it intuitively, however, and are unable to pass on their gift. That's the beauty of the process that's being developed here. It's fully repeatable. It's like Roger found an interface between the paradigms. A 'door' if you will.

In the time around my last birthday I remember having some unusual ponderings with unusual certainty that came with them. I was thinking, "Now I'm 27. If I were a rock star, I would die this year. Since I'm not a rock star, something else is going to happen this year, something very important. Whatever it is will make me ready for 2012. The timing is too perfect." Not that I was convinced that anything unusual would happen in 2012, because my left brain was staunchly against the idea that the Mayans could know such a thing. Actually, the whole train of thought makes my ego feel RIDICULOUS and RETARDED. Therefore it is primarily for my ego's benefit that I am writing this post. Thank you for your patience.

27 is the age for your Saturn's Return.

Wow, what a year (2011) to have for Saturn's Return. I hope you have your seatbelt fastened.

Interesting. I hadn't heard of this phenomenon, so I had to look this up. Most of the references said Saturn takes 29 years to go around the sun (my 29th B-day will be in November 2012 by the way). I also found something that said the moon has a 27 year cycle--"Moving at less than one degree per month, it takes the Moon 27 to 28 years to make it 360 degrees around the zodiac." Thought I'd share.

Humh... I stand corrected. However, the lady who told me about this uses Sidereal astrology rather than Western, so that might have something to do with the disparity.

But, November 2012, now that's a smack in the gob!
